In this class, we work to create stability in the spine so that we can move in ways that feel supported. The ribcage and pelvis, if we're not aware, will often move too much in our movement patterns leading to loss of energy and even pain. We do want a supple spine, but we first want to start from a place of stability. We'll work on these ideas here.
