In this class, the goal is to move at a slow and steady pace. Not to feel rushed or hurried and to find the pace that works best for you. Try to move between movements with a sense of ease to allow your body to more fully embody the shapes and transitions. Unwind and let go of some of the tension and tightness that may be holding you back from a more relaxed experience of your life. Enjoy!
