In this class, we take a moment to dream big about our movement practices and our lives. It's so easy to get caught up in the minutia of the day-to-day. But, every once in a while, it's good to take a step back and consider where we're headed and whether we'd like to make some changes. For me, a challenging, yet sustainable yoga practice is key to how to feel every day and how I hope to continue to move in the future. Enjoy!
