In this class, we'll be working with a lot of poses and movements that happen in the planes beside and behind you. We live so much of our lives in front of us, but there's a lot of benefit to bringing our awareness and movement patterns into the sides and back. You'll notice how much your shoulder blades need to stabilize and your glutes need to activate in order to do these kinds of moves. There's a surprise dance break towards the end too, so enjoy that when it comes. ;)
