In this class, we focus on the rotator cuff muscles. These are four muscles within each shoulder that help to connect and stabilize the humerus to the scapula, the ball and socket joint of the shoulder. Our shoulders are the most mobile joints of the body, and to move well we need the rotator cuff muscles to help stabilize the shoulders. Throughout the class we'll focus on finding and maintaining a sense of the upper arm bones being centered in the shoulder sockets. It'll be educational and fun. Enjoy!

Relax Your Neck
In this class, we work on relaxing the neck and realigning it to a neutral position. We'll use gravity to release tension in the neck. And notice that bringing the neck back into neutral allows the core to engage more fully. Many of us carry extra neck tension that this class can help to release.
