Although many of us are moving around less in space these days than ever before, it sometimes feels even more exhausting than normal. When that is the case, it is important to take a step back and assess where our energy is going. In this class, we will work specifically on creating a neutral pelvis so that we can keep our energy more contained and controlled. When our pelvis is neutral, we have more access to our core stability and strength, which means that we will feel more energized, rather than depleted from our practice. I hope you will agree!
