Being articulate in our speech is important in life, it helps us to communicate effectively. Being articulate in our bodies is equally important. The bones in our body articulate at the joints. In this class, we will move in a variety of ways to articulate as many of the joints as possible. When we become more articulate in our bodies, we can improve our movement patterns. With better movement patterns we can feel better in our bodies. It's work worth putting in.
