Yoga Classes

55m
In this class, we work to unfurl our wings. And, by wings, I mean our latissimus dorsi muscles, better known as lats. We will both lengthen and strengthen these muscles that run from the arms all the way down the back to the top of the pelvis, attaching to the spine along the way. We'll be doing a lot of side opening, which makes it easier to breathe, so pay attention to your breath from beginning to end and notice if there's a change. When it's easier to breathe, we inherently feel less stressed.
