In this class I posit the question: What if the point of all this movement is to make you smile? Through movement we can feel more connected to our bodies and perhaps that connection can allow us to feel lighter and more at ease, more connected to our own sense of joy and enjoyment. In this class, we will use a block and our hands to provide additional feedback to our movement strategies. This work will help us refine our movements and proprioceptive awareness. Blocks will be used in creative ways to help enhance and challenge our experiences on the mat. Enjoy!
