In this class, we'll focus on the gluteus medius muscles. These muscles are key for both stabilizing the pelvis, particularly in single-leg balancing, and tracking the knees. We need these muscles to be strong to have good movement. It'll be a fun and challenging undertaking, but I think you're up to the task!
