In this class, we work with the theme of circles. We'll be making circling motions in the major joints of the body - the shoulders & hips. When we move the limbs around in the shoulder & hip sockets, they release synovial fluid which lubricates the joints. This helps take us from feeling stiff into feeling fluid in our movements. We'll also do some rotation of the spine to round out the circle theme. This is a fun class that you'll definitely enjoy.
