In this class, we'll explore spinal flexion or a cat-like spine. Yoga inherently is biased toward more spinal extension. But we want access to both flexion and extension in the spine. So, this class explores creating more space in the back of the body through rounding the back with strength and intention. You might be surprised at the results it yields. Enjoy!
