In this class, we'll incorporate a number of functional movements. Functional movement means movement that translates off your mat into your everyday life, the way you move about the world. And we can always use some practice on how to move about the world in more refined ways. Think about how you can translate the moves and the information expressed in this class into how you bend over, how you pick things up, how you sit, stand, walk, run, etc.
