The world seems rather upside down right now. Amongst all the unknowns, it is important to maintain whatever we can for a sense of normalcy. Today's practice is about just that. We'll move our bodies to feel good in the ways that we can. We do have a chance to maintain much of what we have always had and also to grow from this experience. Let's do it together!
