In this class, we work to integrate the legs into the pelvis. We'll focus on using both the adductors (inner thighs) and glute medius muscles (outer hips) to create stability around the pelvis and up into the core container. This will help you bring more awareness to your pelvic floor and allow you to move more from a place of strength and integration. Enjoy!
