Find Your Balance Series - Class 2

In this 4-class series, we use balance discs to up the ante and make our movements more challenging by increasing the instability factor. When we are working in an unstable environment our stability or postural muscles, which are the ones closer to the bones and surrounding the joints, have to work harder. For many people, these muscles are not conditioned to work optimally, so these exercises are a fantastic training technique. You'll be working chains of muscles and getting all the muscles along the chain to fire in the proper order to the proper degree. Because these classes have an added layer of challenge, a little goes a long way. That's why they're 30-45 minutes in length. You'll feel awesome and be able to get more done for your body in less time. Although working with the balance discs does take a little practice, it is so worth it. Trust me!
