When we need it, it's good to have a support network to rely on. In this class, we will work to create a support network within our own bodies, so that, no matter what, we can always have a place to turn when we need it. We will specifically engage the glutes to help establish a stable and neutral pelvis while also expanding into the back bottom ribs to find a spacious and neutral ribcage. Feel the support you can create from behind in your own body to help give you that added push or layer of protection. We've got this!
