In this class, we explore the rotation of the ribcage. Sometimes, to get a better connection of the scapulae or shoulder blades on the back ribs, we simply need to rotate the ribs a little in one direction or the other (right or left). Rather than taking where we land in a pose for granted as the optimal alignment, let's play with some small shifts and see what results we get. A little shift can go a long way to creating more strength and stability in a sustainable way. Enjoy!
