Each day — and each practice — your body arrives a little (or a lot) different than it did before. Some days feel strong and spacious, others tight, tired, unsettled, energized, or somewhere in between. The challenge is not to force today’s body into yesterday’s experience, but to become tuned in enough to care for the body that actually shows up. In this class, we’ll explore awareness as a practice of listening: noticing what is present, responding rather than overriding, and finding support through movement. Rather than chasing a particular shape or outcome, we’ll work with curiosity and adaptability, meeting ourselves where we are and discovering what becomes possible from there.
