In this class, we check in on our necks. If we're not careful and we're not paying enough attention, over-engagement of our neck can become a movement strategy. That means we're doing it over and over unconsciously as we move throughout our day-to-day lives. You'll have the opportunity today to check in on your neck throughout class to make sure you're not doing too much with it. Instead, we'll support, lengthen, and align the neck to help it feel less tense. We'll drive the engagement into the center of the body so the neck doesn't take on jobs it's not meant to do. Enjoy!
