In this class, we will work primarily with the legs in neutral or parallel. As someone coming from a dance background, working with the legs neutral was a shift and a benefit to me when I started yoga. I wanted to create a whole class where the legs are neutral to allow you the opportunity to experience what that feels like in your body. Enjoy!
