Free Your Femurs

    In this class, we'll be freeing up our femurs (thigh bones). We'll move the leg through flexion, extension, and circumduction (circular) ranges of motion. We'll both move the pelvis around a fixed femur and the femur within the pelvis. By the end, you'll feel a much greater sense of freedom in your hips and ease in your movements.
