In this class, we will play with the relationship of flexing the feet (dorsiflexion) and its influence on helping to keep the ribs back over the pelvis, i.e. creating a better stack of the ribcage and pelvis. We’ll consider how we may want to encourage more flexion or extension of our body in a particular move and how the position of our feet can help with that. Enjoy!
