In this class, we'll work on mobilizing and strengthening the feet and ankles. These things are key for good balance. We tend to lose mobility in our feet as we age, and especially from wearing shoes, so it's great to be barefoot on your mat and opening these areas up. You'll feel a lot of work in the lower leg since all the muscles in the ankle and foot are located from the knee down. Enjoy!
