In this class, we explore the use of 360º breathing to bring more space and awareness to our ribcage and where it is in relationship to the rest of our body. This entails expanding the ribs in all directions on the inhales and consolidating in the center on your exhales. You'll feel more spacious, more in control, more in alignment, and experience a greater sense of calm by the end. Enjoy!
