In this class, we'll be crushing it, both literally & figuratively! We'll be consolidating the core by engaging the glutes & inner thighs (adductors) to create space for the lower back. Our adductors are connected to our deep core musculature, so we want them to fire to help us create more strength & stability throughout the body. There are some fun moves with the block, so have one of those handy as you prepare to practice.
