Control Your Core Container

In this class, we focus on creating tone around the body in the space between the pelvis and ribcage. Although the core is technically defined as everything from the pelvis to the shoulders, we’ll bring awareness to the space in the middle of the torso. By toning circumferentially around the midsection, what I’ll call today the “core container,” we can create more control so that we can move with more ease. Notice how your limbs can shift with less effort when you have more strength from your center. Enjoy!
