In this class, we'll focus on relieving & lengthening the lower back, which often gets tight in our daily lives from sitting & less than optimal movement patterns. We'll open up the sides of the body & get in some gentle twists with length, while also working on stability in the pelvis while in neutral so that we can tackle those suboptimal movements & retrain ourselves on the best ways to move.
