In this series of 4 classes, running roughly 45-minutes apiece, you'll learn a multitude of wonderful strategies to help you take better care of your neck. We all know that it's hard to maintain good posture throughout the day, even with the best of intentions. These classes will teach you ways to be more in tune with proper posture, while also helping you to relieve tightness and tension that build up in our necks from sub-optimal posture and movements.
