In this class, we're working to get our glutes fired up! We'll focus specifically on the gluteus maximus muscles (glute max) which help to extend and externally rotate the hip. How you orient or place your pelvis can have a huge impact on whether your glutes fire. We'll explore this in this class and bring extra attention to the glutes by using our hands for feedback.
