In this class, we work on both ankle stability & mobility. We pay close attention to where the weight is in the foot in weight-bearing in order to help establish a neutral ankle. We also work on movement at the ankle, helping to establish good flexion & extension at the joint. By the end of class, you should feel more able to take care of your ankles & more powerful from having done so!
