In this class, we'll work with the idea of lifting and expanding the ribcage out of the bowl of the pelvis. When we inhale, we want to take a 360-degree breath where the ribs lift up and expand in all directions. When we do this, we can create more space and freedom for easier movement. I have found this to be really helpful with inversions and I hope you do too!
