Slow Flow: Teeter-Totter

56m
In this class, we will work with the axis of the spine to help get the hips up and the head down. Eventually, this tipping, like a teeter-totter, can lead to access to poses like arm balances and handstands, which we won't do today, but are preparing the body for more generally. We will build strength in the shoulders, work to connect to the deep core stabilizing muscles, and get the glutes activated. Slow Flow means that this class moves at a slightly slower and more accessible pace with more doable options included.
