One key thing in life is to not stop moving. There are many reasons why moving may become more challenging at various points, but we have to keep it moving as best we can. And there are lots of strategies to do so. In this class, we make sure to move our bodies in a variety of ways and in all different planes so that we can feel and operate at our best. We also invite a little more attention to our periphery and paying attention to things other than what is directly in front of us, which so much of life demands these days. Widening our perspective is key both on and off the mat. Enjoy!
